✨ Both are made from 100% cotton muslin.
✨ Both get softer and squishier with every wash.

The difference? Thickness, weight, and feel.

🤍 FAQs 🤍

Our blankets are made from 100% cotton muslin which is known for being:

-Squishy soft

Making these blankets amazing for hot sleepers, and year round use.

Most members tend to buy a little of each to use at different times.

4-Layers are wonderful for:

-A couch throw (oversized is even cozier!)
-Layering with solids/other blankets as an accent blankie!

8-Layers are great for:

-Those who still want an airy blanket, but with more weight.
-A standalone blanket closer to the weight of a "standard" blanket
-Winter use

That is the best part! Not only are these machine washable, but they get SOFTER with every wash/dry!

The only thing to be aware of is to please not use drier sheets on these! Drier sheets in general can break down fabrics over time, and as these are very lightweight layers, they can damage the blanket.

I typically recommend washing alone the first few times for the dyed (solid) blankets to prevent any bleeding to be on the safe side! Printed blankets are digitally printed :)

Customer Feedback

"I use my 4 layer with a flat sheet, but I’m a hot sleeper. I’m not sure if it would be enough for my husband - he uses a heated blanket"

Corrie N

"4 layer is like a sheet and 8 is a throw to me not comforter/winter blanket here in Maryland"

Amber N.

"So the 4 layer came in HANDY when we lost power during a hurricane last year. No air conditioning, no fan.. I was dying. But I’m someone who NEEDS a blanket to sleep, so I put a 4 layer on and woke up not nearly as sweaty as I would have been with a different blanket! That’s what sold me on these."

Courtney Hultgren

"I use a 4 layer solid in place of a comforter. If it’s chilly, I’ll layer a printed 4 layer folded in half on the foot of the bed. It’s not heavy if you’re into a weighted blanket vibe, but I love that it’s light and breathable at night."

Kris D.

"Family of 7, we use king versions as comforters, and 3 of our kids use a twin size as comforters.Personally I prefer the 4 layers but on colder nights I’ll end up with the 8 layer too"

Ashley F

"I use my 8 layer regularly and not upset if an additional 4 layer finds it way to my bed. Disclosure: I am cold blooded!"

Gina N

"I use a flat sheet and a 4 layer as a comforter. Perfect for my husband and i just add a throw blanket on top when I’m cold."

Tara R

"I use the 8 layer on top of my duvet. I'm always cold."

Keitha L

"I use an 8-layer with a 4-layer on top, and that has kept me pretty comfortable over the winter!! This will be my first summer with these blankets and I’m looking forward to sleeping so much easier!!"
